MAX DISCHARGE AND CHARGE RATE IS ONLY APPLICABLE FOR +- 60 SECONDS The maximum allowed voltage is 53.5V, please ensure that you check the inverter settings are below this BEFORE plugging in the UTILITY/SOLAR to the inverter. Due to the ongoing effect of Covid-19 and the worldwide chip shortage, certain suppliers had to resort to alternative component suppliers. This has affected the compatibility of specific inverter and battery combinations. Please see the Application Note New Pylontech firmware or Application Note Kodak user settings for more info.
Notes
The US2000C can be used to expand an existing US2000 bank. Please note, the US2000C needs to be used as the master battery when used to expand an existing US2000 bank.
SA ONLY: Please note US2000C and US3000C batteries require different pin out on the communication cable when used with Solis RHI Hybrid inverters. Standard cable used with US2000B and US3000 will not work. Please make sure the correct cable is being used.
